This two-year internship is a partnership between CRC and the Cosumnes Community Services District Fire Department, providing real-world experience, professional training, and Firefighter 1 & Firefighter 2 certifications. If you’re a Fire Technology student looking to gain hands-on experience, this opportunity is for you!

Program Highlights
- First Semester: Complete FT 210 (Firefighter 1 Academy) (30 hours per week, Friday nights & weekends)
- Second Semester & Beyond: Start on-the-job training at a fire station & enroll in FT 211 (Firefighter 2 Academy)
